By creating an account or using Top 44, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and a username that meets our rules.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our rules, with or without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; (b) scrape, automate or reverse engineer the service; (c) upload malicious code; or (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Top 44 branding, design and code are owned by us. Club names and league names are used purely to identify the real-world competitions and clubs; all such trademarks belong to their respective owners. Top 44 is not affiliated with the Premier League or the English Football League.

User content

You retain ownership of the predictions and league names you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display them within the service for the purpose of running the game.

No cash prizes; no gambling

Top 44 is a free-to-play skill-based prediction game. We do not offer cash prizes or take stakes. We are not a gambling operator. Any private-league prize arrangements are strictly between the members of that league.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live standings depend on third-party data providers and may occasionally be delayed or corrected.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top 44 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from third-party prize arrangements or data-provider errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate access if you materially breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
